why we exist, what we believe in, and how you can join us
It’s time for a revolution.
The old ways are failing us. Would-be solutions are dragged down by bureaucracy and fear. Risk aversion is an enemy of innovation – it stifles bold ideas and needed change.
We believe in a world where every social changemaker is empowered to create and launch high-impact, lightweight digital solutions with ease.
With a growing global talent pool, ground-breaking solutions can now be developed at lightning speed and with minimal cost. The age of needing to be a coder to innovate and build digital solutions is over.

Your experience in your field is vital. It helps shape solutions, understand users, and know what will work in the context. You also know how to navigate the ecosystem.
A designer’s perspective is a great addition. They help understand the problem, give the process pace, and ensure alignment to the principles.
change facilitators
People who know how to leave the ego at the door, and bring people around a table to solve problems, only make the work lighter. They are able to get stakeholders, team members and partners excited about the project.
Someone who embraces the low complexity process, while bringing knowledge and experience of available technology, is an asset to the process.
Focus on identifying the right problem by prioritising challenges with significant impact, such as those affecting time, money, or wellbeing. Avoid fixating on solutions too early and instead concentrate on understanding the problem itself through strategic discussions. Acknowledge potential risks—legal, ethical, or financial—but don’t let them deter progress. Define clear success markers to ensure alignment with objectives and drive meaningful outcomes.
To craft truly impactful solutions, start with a laser focus on one important user. Immerse yourself in their world—engage directly with them, listen deeply to their struggles, and map out their current experiences using simple tools like journey mapping or empathy diagrams. Go beyond observation—live through their challenges, step into their shoes, and truly feel the painpoints they encounter. Build an obsession with understanding their needs.
Once you know what you are going to build, bias yourself towards simple platforms (such as low code) or other cloud-based options that don’t have a steep learning curve. These simpler options also tend to have more global freelancers who can support you at a fraction of the cost of a developer. This is often enough to deliver your solution. If not, it’s not hard to scale up your solution once it gets some traction.
Understand where your users are and what they enjoy. Try reaching them engaging through unique channels like podcasts or WhatsApp, and skip dull trainings or newsletters for internal users. Build a personal brand to attract users and prioritise scalable digital channels. If your solution solves a critical problem, adoption will follow naturally, and invested users will overcome any challenges willingly.
